RecommendedThese girls here are fantastic with my dog. With new covid policy in affect they have to come out and get her. Today it was pouring down rain. These poor girls were getting soaked. They even stood in the rain and explained everything.
My first visit with Windsor Pet Hospital. Called my normal vet to see about getting Waylon seen for a foot issue. After being with them for years with other animals I will not be back. The amount of assistance I received over the phone trying to get an appointment was outstanding! So willing to give some advice on what to do helped put me at ease. Dr Lyndy Soboleski and her team took care of my 4 year old English Bulldog while he was on death’s doorstep. Her and her team literally dropped everything and gave him 4 hours of their attention including skipping lunch and giving him ice baths for 3+ hours to break his fever. They explored every single option they could to save him and give him a fighting chance. 36 hours from his near death experience and he is awake and responsive and eating and drinking and fighting this battle. I called very last minute with a minor issue, still an issue to my furbaby, they fit us in the same day. Not only did they see my one kitty, they seen all 3 cats and my doggy so I would not have to make an additional trip since I do not live around this area. Everyone has been exceptional and the fees are reasonable. I will have all my babies return here and will continue to come back! Even my evil Ms Little Kitty enjoyed herself. anytime I've had to bring my dogs in for an urgent appointment, they have always made time to see them. Especially my Chiweenie. He is so accident prone, and the staff is amazing. also, when I had to escort my teacup chihuahua over the rainbow bridge, the staff was amazing in supporting my fiance and I through the devastating event.
We drive 45 minutes to an hour to take our three dogs to see Dr. Soboleski and staff. We wouldn't have it any other way. It gives us a peace of mind knowing our dogs are getting the best care by the best doctor and staff! Thank you so much!!
