While issues were minimal in the 4+ years I’ve lived here, the recent fire almost left me and my kitten unhoused but the leasing manager Michael is the only reason I am still staying in this complex after everything. He showed up immediately during the fire on Mother’s Day and his calm and reassuring demeanor helped keep me tethered throughout that traumatic experience. I’m writing this review because I’m currently dissatisfied with the cleanliness of my building. Overall, I do enjoy living at Windsor Parkview. However, I have been reporting an ongoing issue since May 10th regarding the fourth-floor trash room being unsanitary, as well as a tenant’s pet repeatedly soiling the hallway. I followed up again on June 3rd and was assured the issue would be addressed. While management has generally been responsive, this situation has not been resolved. The maintenance team here at Windsor Parkview does an excellent job in getting things done in a timely manner!!
The biggest advantage of Windsor Parkview is its location. It is close to restaurants, shopping, and major highways, making it convenient for commuting and everyday errands. Unfortunately, the noise levels have been a major disappointment. The area is already fairly busy because of the surrounding shops and restaurants, but the ongoing restoration work following the recent fire has made the situation much worse.
