The location of this complex is very nice, and the apartments themselves are surprisingly quiet. A lot of families live here, so it may not be ideal for young adults as even minor noise tends to get complaints. Whats concerning is that there are plenty of five star tour reviews that make it difficult to find genuine feedback about living here. Can I say roach galore? Hello all! I moved in a week ago and wanted to share some real feedback I wish I’d had while apartment hunting, compared to the inflated “tour experience” reviews I had to sift through. For now, I’d rate the complex a 3/5. I’ll update this review as time goes on. The positives: • The location is amazing! Absolutely wild price for the low square footage, location, and current prevalence of roaches. Like baby this is not Midtown or Grant Park. A complex up the road just had most of the residents’ windows smashed in (it was at The Hawkins). They may try to pawn you off to a unit without windows, sight unseen (shockingly, this is not even much of a discount). It’s giving pennypincher, out-of-stater apartment trap.
Charles Mitchell was an incredible help with fixing my toilet seat and checking to make sure my freezer wasnt messed up! Best repair man ever!
