I’ve been a resident at Windsor Parkview and have generally enjoyed living here, but I am extremely disappointed by the lack of follow-through on a persistent sanitation issue in the parking deck. On July 12, 2025, I reported that residents were consistently allowing their dogs to urinate near the P3 Stairwell 2 entrance. Management responded promptly and stated that the area would be thoroughly cleaned and that a reminder about pet etiquette would be sent to residents. I've lived here for years now, and there are some things that continue to be unsatisfactory, but I am here to write a review for Fairuza Bailey, the new manager. The manager who was in her position prior to her coming aboard was difficult to work with- poor communication, lack of follow-through, generally inconsistent- so it is refreshing to have someone like Fairuza who promptly responds to inquiries and keeps her word. Leasing Agent, Star Montague is amazing and made the move in process to the Windsor really smooth and easy. Would highly recommend! Update Fairuza Bailey has been a great new manager to the Windor team. She is making very noticeable strides to improve the experience here at Windsor. Very thankful she is here.
It's very pleasant to live in Windsor Parkview; maintenance service requests are resolved very quickly and the staff is very professional.
