I had a great tour at Windsor Parkview Apartments today. Star, our agent, was so friendly and helpful, and the whole experience was really smooth. The apartments are beautiful with modern finishes, and the amenities like the pool and fitness center are amazing. What really stood out is how convenient everything is with great stores and restaurants right below the building. The location has everything you need, and I’d definitely recommend checking it out.
I’ve been a resident here for some time, and unfortunately, my experience has been plagued by serious maintenance neglect and poor communication from management. Most recently, I’ve been without a working tub in my apartment for over a month—an absolutely basic necessity. While I was offered access to an alternative shower, that is not a sustainable or acceptable substitute for a functioning tub in my own home. I had such a great experience touring Windsor Parkview Apartments with Star! From the moment I arrived, she made me feel welcomed and at ease. She was super knowledgeable, friendly, and answered all of my questions without rushing me. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping people find the right home. The property itself is beautiful, but Star’s energy and professionalism really stood out and made the whole experience enjoyable. Great place to rent. Nice pool and quiet vicinity. Nice restaurants and close to shops. The staff is great. Starting with Michael Alford and Raekwon introducing my girlfriend and I to the building, and the support we got from ppl like Mitch, Jessica Lee, Star…. I’m sure I missed a few but there is definitely a great vibe here.
Star was amazinggggg. I recommend everyone to go to her. She was very honest and upfront. She was super helpful. They honestly should promote her. She answered all my questions and help me out tremendously. Thank you Star. You are truly a blessing.
