Be cautious of signing a lease here. This year will be 2 years of living at this complex. When I originally looked at this community it was wonderful and the leasing agent Michael was the best!! As of May of last year, there has been a pet owner beneath me that has a dog that whines, barks, and makes loud noise on the daily even after hours and on weekends. I’ve lived at this complex for 5 years and although management and staff have always been great, Fairuza has been fantastic. She always helped me out, answered all my questions, and is just so sweet and kind! I’m thankful she is working here, she’s the best!!!

The apartments are not bad, but they are not good either. Personally, I feel indifferent. My unit itself is fine. It is spacious, and I do not deal with pests aside from the occasional tree roach. I have pest control come regularly and I also use my own pesticides, which typically keep the issue under control. My main complaints are with property management. I would not recommend living here. The hallways smelled like pee and mold, so did the elevators. The only well kept part of the building is the front where the leasing office is. Stairwells are filthy, a mattress with a dirty stain on it was left in a public hallway for weeks, along with a random fridge. Saw roaches as well multiple times (see pictures). Parking gate was broken for weeks at a time before it got fixed, meaning anyone could just walk in and get access to resident vehicles. The location is nice, but the parking... read more

Living here at Windsor has been a deeply concerning experience, primarily due to the pervasive lack of security. The ease with which unauthorized individuals can access the building and parking areas is alarming, creating a constant sense of unease. This is compounded by a general atmosphere of disrespect among residents and an overwhelming, persistent odor of marijuana throughout the premises.
