Don’t live here. My apartment was not flipped to basic standards. Toilet had pubic hair and urine stains from the previous resident that were never cleaned upon my move in. Bugs were in the corners of the ceiling and were never cleaned prior to my move in. Dog bitten blinds weren’t replaced. No running hot water in the kitchen. No shower water pressure. Made leasing office and maintenance manager, Atoyia and Leslie, aware of what needed to be fixed, came back 3 weeks later and nothing was fixed. Contacted corporate for help.... read more
I had one of the most unprofessional and disrespectful experiences I’ve ever encountered with a leasing agent named Adriana at Windsor Parkview. I had a confirmed tour scheduled, and I arrived on time expecting a normal, professional experience. Instead, Adriana’s behavior completely ruined my impression of this property.
