1 star I lived at this apartment complex for about 3–4 years, and in the beginning I really liked it. Roquan was the person who helped me move in, and he was great — very helpful and professional. Unfortunately, things went downhill after that. When I first moved into my unit on the fourth floor, the people below us started banging on their ceiling (our floor) from the very first day. I want to start by saying the staff at Windsor Parkview has always been professional and courteous. The property manager, leasing team, and maintenance team have all been responsive and helpful each time I reached out. My concern is with the rooftop HVAC systems. The vibration and humming above certain apartments are noticeably loud, especially during colder weather when the units run more often. I was a previous resident of this apartment, and honestly, I had a pretty rough experience. One winter night, a drain pipe in the hvac closet got clogged and started flooding sewage into my kitchen area. I called emergency maintenance around midnight, but because it was a snow day, no one showed up for hours. Finally, someone came with a wet vacuum.
