I’ve been going to them for many years My mistake My frames are constantly breaking. Their answer was “that’s what your insurance company pays for”. You didn’t use that line as a selling point when I went there to buy them Why selling shitty stuff to begin with ?

I've been coming here annually for my eye exam and eye glasses since I was a student in school. Dr. Levy, Paige, and the staff are always welcoming and attentive to questions that I have. They take the time to explain the cost breakdown whenever I buy new glasses or contact lenses, and also let me know if there are ever any mail-in rebates that apply (last year they let me know about an Acuvue mail in rebate).
