One of the best coop communities in Bayside!!
i'd like to thank you for the nice job you did in cleaning the parking lot behind building 15.. the forgotten lot.. it was an ice skating rink this morning. unlike the lot in the front which is clear full of slush, large puddles because the drain isn't clear. unsafe to walk
Called 9:30am this morning for maintenance to remove human poop from the first floor staircases of bldg. 17, 211-06 75th Avenue. It's 5:09pm I just got home and that poop still there. It looks like it was cover with paper towel. Can someone from maintenance clean this up is not a good view and not good for our complex reputation. Thank you.
