Live in this coop at your own risk! They have cut costs to the extent where maintenance and security is non-existent. Complaints typically drag out to the point where the city needs to be called in to make them act. They have no respect for tenants and neighbors, for example they go out of their way to prevent any neighbor for sharing any kind of services with each other, even if they’re being paid for. Old buildings with terrible wiring. Be smart and live literally anywhere else!

If I could give them a zero I would. Horrible entitled ppl that work here. Buildings are horrible no heat during the winter. The floors are horrible you hear every creek and when your neighbors cough, sneeze, yell. Don’t buy!!!!!! Don’t rent!!!!!

WP OWNERS CORP MAY BE A DANGEROUS PLACE TO LIVE! Examples: I fell on ice on a sidewalk here and severely injured my back. My wife sprained her ankle twice on potholes while walking in the garage, and I fell out of the elevator when it stopped three feet off the ground floor – added to my permanent back injury. WP just put in an “I can see you” front door system which those with criminal intent would probably not want to use when they can just go the back door of the building, which is often open, and just walk right in!
