"I've lived here for about 5 months now and I've had a really good experience so far. Everything is well maintained, the pool is really nice to have in the summer and usually quiet. They have little events at the rental office once or twice a week. We haven't had many issues to call about, but we did call about our garbage disposal once and they came right away. Modern updated units located in a quiet peaceful community. Staff friendly, professional and helpful. Maintenance quick to respond.
I lived here for a year. Kathy was probably the nicest person I’ve encountered here; the rest of the CSRs came off as rude most days and were very dismissive of tenant issues. I’m not going to go through every issue I had, but I will cover some of the “highlights”. Not everything was negative. It is a quiet area. It is convenient to be able to walk trash out to the dumpsters (even though they’re often times overflowing). Not a great time. Everything in the apartment would break. Had mouse issue, had to call four times to get it solved and the solution they gave me was just giving me mouse traps. I had to seal off the entrances myself. Would not recommend.
Oh my- thankully I read the reviews. I was going to call and schedule tour of the townhouses; but upon careful reconsideration this will be a no for me. I relocated to this area for work and still looking and now being steered to Montrose or Bath area. Ironically, I ran into a colleague from my job this weekend who informed me of some disaster stories concerning Windsor Park Estates. I will keep looking.
