Racoon Poop Everywhere Ruines The Experience. The condos are great, the clubhouse is amazing. There is so much to do, from watching a movie, playing games in the arcade, to visiting their on site grocery store and swimming. The one thing that overshadows this is the racoon poop everywhere. If you don't mind having to step over that everyday that you are there, then this is the place for you.
