From start to finish Dr Multaris office was fantastic, very thorough and proffessional. Took there time, double checked everything and made sure i was set up with whatever else i needed going forward in terms of healing after an accident. All staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They really set an example for how healthcare should be handled

Please be aware that the wait time could be couple hours even for a consultation, even though if you are there well before your appointment time with all the necessary forms filled out way ahead of time. When you raise a concern about why people who came after you are seen before you, only response you get from the staff is that "this is a speciality clinic and it could take an hour and half for each appointment" (which they forget to mention when you make an appointment.)
What an amazing experience! I was extremely nervous going in for my surgery and the doctor, the nurses and the front desk staff were all very welcoming, comforting and had no problem playing along with my nervous joking. The doctor called me the same day after my surgery to make sure I was okay and answer any questions I had. Super impressed with the care, compassion and comfort that was provided to me.
