I called for my son 9 years old, and asked if they take healthy smiles and she said yes. Then I called Ottawa dental to make the referral to the oral surgeon and they were very strict to know who the oral surgeon that is accepting healthy smiles. After the two clinics communicated with each other. The Windsor Oral surgery said; sorry we don't take healthy smiles. What is happening here?
We had a appointment at 2:00pm. My wife was supposed to have a tooth pulled,but after 45 minutes she was finally seen. But after another 45 minutes she came out after a consultation. So almost 2 hours, we have to come back. Not good service.
I had an excellent experience during my wisdom teeth surgery and TMJ consultation. Dr. Multari is incredibly knowledgeable, and he took the time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel very comfortable and confident in the care I received.
