We enjoy living here because we feel truly cared for by the staff - as if we are ALL part of one community. Each season (spring, summer, fall, and winter), they host enjoyable activities like pizza parties, home decorating contests, food trucks, hot chocolate bar & gathering, and holiday celebrations!
We recently moved here from Texas. I love the area up here! It's a very peaceful, clean and pretty property! The office staff are incredibly nice and the maintenance team are fantastic!
One star for the sense of safety within the community. The positives about living here were the neighbors, community events, and amenities offered. The negatives are a whole list. I lived at this location for 2 years and 9 months. Regarding the leasing terms, beware that when you do decide you want/need to move, if you don’t ensure you plan and schedule it to coincide with the end of your lease that you will either have to pay the remainder of your lease or the $1500 fee to break your lease early.
