Building's apartments have very tiny kitchens, and layouts are terrible. Placement of your furniture's it's very difficult as the the space is somewhat small. Buildings should be upgraded, boiler's are working with oil instead of gas. Building charges for everything and an application needs to be submitted for approval eg: the gym. It can only be used when they saw not when you want or for as long as you want
