I had an awful experience getting a pedicure here and will never go back. The customer management is incredibly poor, and the atmosphere in the salon is very uncomfortable. The owner was openly rude to the employees, leaving my technician visibly upset and frustrated during my service. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had getting my nails done. I came in for a pedicure, and when it was time for my manicure, they assigned me to a new technician. I told her I wanted BIAB gel, but she didn’t seem to know how to do it. Another employee even told her she couldn’t because my nails needed to be trimmed first. I said, “Okay, trim all my nails and then do the BIAB gel.” Instead, she trimmed one hand and left the other untouched. The service is amazing! The owners and workers are very nice and it feels like a home whenever I go there. I usually get my nails done by Olga, and she is the best!
