Imagine lying in a response for a review that is really funny. So unprofessional took 2 hours to do my set of acrylics I left after the mall closed the girl I had doing my nails kept rolling her eyes when the older lady came to check. She hit my fingers with the drill on every single finger to the point of showing blood and gave up half way through one of the other girls had to finish them I’ve never been so disrespected in my life I literally left in tears 100% don’t ever recommend this salon
If I could give zero stars, I honestly would. The service was awful, and the woman who helped me was rude and aggressive the entire time. I asked for a specific nail design and ended up with something completely different. I only needed a refill, but she charged me for a full set without even explaining why. She told me the total would be $75 with tax, then suddenly it became $85 at the end. The nails looked uneven, flat and cheap, almost like press-ons. I can’t believe I paid $85 for that. I walked in to get my nails done without an appointment and they still took amazing care of me. The lady doing my nails took her time, gave suggestions, and my nails turned out beautiful. The staff here is so kind and welcoming. If you’re looking for a place that makes you feel comfortable and does great work, definitely check out Windsor Nails!
