Registration was cold crude and crass. Nurse Bridgette was rude and condescending from the greeting when assessing one’s demographics. Office staff was in a frenzy from uncoordinated scheduling blame shifting bickering to arguments aloud amongst patients over procedures and protocols. I was scheduled for 8:30am my procedure didn’t begin until after 3pm. Then I was rushed through recovery no ease of coaching, sips of water or snacks. KARI DAYTON the clinic manager was VERY unprofessional and rude to not only her staff but to patients who came for services as well. I was employed with this surgery center for only two weeks before I let them have their job back. The surgeons are NEVER on time for their procedures and never communicate it to the patients, The administrative manager knows nothing, they play with your checks, the nurses didn’t even want to work because of this. Took my friend to her 9AM appointment she did not get out of there until 6PM .They kept pushing other people ahead of her even though she was supposed to be the FIRST APPOINTMENT of the day .I Guess that they were the Easier and Faster Procedures which in turn showed a Very High PROFIT $$$$ for the Day . ALL About the $$$ Screw the patients and their Comfort ( had her lying in the bed for 8 Hrs ) and their Time is also Worthless , also the person waiting for them ,their Time is Also Worthless.
