(Summary: Run Far Away!) I have lived in these apartments for over a year now and only because they refused to accept my 30 day notice saying they “Never recieved it” and told me they are keeping my security deposit i needed to move so i was forced to sign another lease. Even with that aside my experience has been awful. Good value for the money For the money, this is a good value with lots of pluses: The grounds are well maintained, with plowing and sidewalk maintenance in the winter, shrubs and flowers and bushes are well cared for and add to the curb appeal of the property. They take pets and supply the dog care bags and disposal of the bags. They are quick to care for anything that may happen, and are friendly and concerned. Very Nice I haven't actually been inside or talked to anyone except through e-mail. I am not certain when I will be moving but I do anticipate in the near future. This is on the top of my list, #1 spot! Cheryl52
what ever you do do not move here office staff is rude and when it was reported to kim that a drug deal was seen going on her response waswell its only marijuana thats not bad ...but yet her son got fired at his job for smoking the shi. But if you want to buy marijuana then this is the place they are always stoned.They don t fix anything . You have a guy and girl that work here instead of working they spend more time in empty apts to get their daily blow jobs in
I have lived here for almost a year and have had nothing but problems. I had ants which was never resolved via the staff-I had to solve the problem on my own after numerous calls to the office, there are people who work on their four-wheelers day and night making as much noise as possible ( i was once woken up at 12:30am and had to call the police) and the inside apt is not well taken care of. Long time resident, constant snow removal all season long, mowed lawn and trim done every week by professional crew, landscaping performed every year with flowers and decor around complex, newly paved parking and walkways every couple of years, quiet area, no noise of the city, complex building floors cleaned every week, nicely lit and secure at night, inground swimming pool with lifeguard, decently priced for the area and spacious 2 bedrooms.
My Finacee and I have lived here at windsor for 3yrs in a one br loftthen transferred to a 2br unit.... the staff was very helpful and understanding. We enjoy the landscaping here as well... great place to walk. Management and Residents are very friendly here
