The desk staff are all constantly rude especially the older shorter lady and the middle aged male at the reception desk very unhelpful dismissive and overwhelming bad at there job, the medical staff however are good just very hard to get into, there booking procedures are also very hard especially for new clients
Wonderful service throughout the whole practice, reception, nurses and doctors are all great!
Unbelievable, the time spent waiting was well over an hour and then to charge. Pathetic
