I recently moved to the area and brought my Mazda SUV to this dealership for routine service. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing due to a clear lack of communication and accountability. Without my authorization or prior notification, the dealership performed a courtesy vehicle wash. My vehicle is fully ceramic-coated and protected with paint protection film (PPF), both of which require specific care procedures to maintain their integrity.
