I’m giving this place 2 stars because the service advisor Lexi was very kind, as she delivered the news that Mazda will not stand by previous recalls on their cars.. I have been driving Mazdas for almost 10 years and unfortunately the quality of service has dropped heavily especially here in Windsor My car has a known issue and recall that was posted! That I had fixed on a previous model under this bulletin, these are known service bulletins released for this issue and are all over Mazda forums.. but now that some time has p... read more
