if you want a maintenance team that use tarot cards to do diagnostics ... this is the place. My car recently got into a front bumper accident and started having a knocking sound. The person diagnosing it said it was unrelated to the accident. Instead went and wrote other unrelated "maintenance" work that should be done instead. Good and fast response
The worst car buying experience. I bought a new vehicle and it was defective right off the lot. It took them almost 2 weeks to diagnose the issue, and when they finally returned my new vehicle it was partially disassembled and dirty. If you want a Mazda it's better to drive to Chatham than to go to this dealership. Stay away.
Recently purchased a 2025 Mazda CX-5 through Windsor Mazda and had a great experience overall.
