I’m giving this place 2 stars because the service advisor Lexi was very kind, as she delivered the news that Mazda will not stand by previous recalls on their cars.. I have been driving Mazdas for almost 10 years and unfortunately the quality of service has dropped heavily especially here in Windsor My car has a known issue and recall that was posted! Don’t get your breaking pad and rotors changed here. Rotors warped one year later. Asked twice, first time they told me there is no warranty on the rotors, second time they told me there is only one year warranty. And I just passed the warranty. Changing all the pads and rotors cost total of more than 900 here, while only 500 at Canadian Tire. (And they put their “high quality” breaking pad next to the service desk to display?!)

I bought my black CX-50 from Dave in 2024. It has features that I would've had to play extra for on competitor brands. Features such as cooled seats and heads up display. The car wasn't rated as the #1 affordable mid size suv when I bought it but the details given to me made me believe that it would be.
