The year that I have spent at these apartments have been very disappointing. The office staff is very rude including a young lady called Jay and also an older lady called Karen. Carmen the office manager is very rude as well and avoids the tenants at all cost it takes over 2 weeks or longer to have any maintenance issues fixed and unless it is an emergency to them you have to keep calling to remind them I had a safety issue and it took almost 2 months for them to fix and that is only after I called the property management co... read more
