WARNING!!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!Dont let the location fool you. You will regret leasing with them. I personally lived there and the management sucks. They lie about the water main breaking consently. They dont even give you courtesy bottled water...youre just sol... They over charge you to lease and you better not forget to put in you 60 day notice before your lease is up because they will take your \$\$\$. Dont get me started on my deposit, make sure to do a walk through before moving out. They will over charge you for the s... read more
I loved living here! Great Experience! I am moving because job transfer, but wish I could stay in Matthews. I have amazing neighbors and will miss Windsor Landing greatly.
This place is horrible! If you have an emergency, they will not help! Need to get out of you lease? They will charge you over what it will cost you to stay in your lease. something to think about if you are someone who changes jobs frequently.
Have lived here for almost three years. Cant wait till lease is up. Letting kids move in that dont care about the concerns of other neighbors. Dont ever live by the pool, people are out there at all hours of the night screaming at the top of their lungs. Or their out in the parking lot playing loud music from cars. Other than that is very close to everything.
Terrible experience at Windsor Landing. Awful neighbors. Though, the people who work there are very nice and very understanding. Loud at night, neighbors constantly fighting and screaming. Had to call the cops sevral times.
