I’ve officially lived here for two weeks as of today and I’m beyond happy living here so far! My move in process was easy & they fixed the things that needed to be fixed pretty quickly. Ms Jen & Jaelyn are both AMAZING at their jobs & they are so sweet and actually care about/remember their residents. Easy and Quiet over here too
So I Been Living Here For Four Years. and I just have had enough now. I have had no heat All my kids are sick I’m sick. To be honest it’s not a good place to live especially if you looking for something affordable and well maintained. Ms. Jen and Jaelyn are both amazing at their jobs and so sweet! I’ve called there a million times about my application and each time they’re still super kind, helpful, and are always willing to answer any questions or concerns I may have! Also they ALWAYS answer the phone which is rare when it comes to leasing offices. If their customer service reflects what it’s like to live there then I truly can’t wait to experience living in their community!
Water leaks constantly and I had apt above food my apt. Emergency maintenance don't exist. Will need renters insurance. They will botch up work instead of fixing correct way
