This place has really went down hill. People drive really fast down the street, making it unsafe for kids to play, the road is typically used to cut through the neighborhood. Laundry machines barely work, you will need to go to the local Laundromat to do Laundry if you want your clothes cleaned, most people use bleach. Really nice place to live. The manager is friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with, which makes a big difference. She’s always ready with a smile and an ear to listen. Recent pressure washing and landscaping looks great! It’s a quiet neighborhood, which I really appreciate. Not having to navigate stairs has been a blessing! Having laundry here is super convenient. Overall, I’ve had a great experience and would highly recommend it.
Gone downhill the last few years. Looks ghetto, broken down cars, overflowing trash bins and junk piled in the carports. Rent goes up each year but still affordable, decades old.
Nice quiet neighborhood.
