Service was a mess & the manger was rude & unconcerned!!! Never again they don't even deserve 1 star. They used to be a nice restaurant but not anymore!!!!
poor customer service at the carryout counter. Order was incorrect. frequent violent incidents and quality of food has deteriorated....
Quality of the food went down. Disappointed. Hate to go to a restaurant and leave dissatisfied.

The best thing about our visit was the waitress. She gave my Mom a piece of cake for her birthday after a very disappointing meal. The crab cakes that used to be very good, were not fully cooked and lacked any seasoning. The fried shrimp tasted like they were frozen from a bag. The salad bar was limited and the dressing (ranch) was runny and tasteless. What was supposed to be a birthday celebration for my Mom ended up being very disappointing....Won't be returning to Windsor Inn....😔
Staff was very pleasant. Food was incredible, everything we got involving crab had giant lumps of crab meat. Some of the best crab cakes I've ever had �
Great food and atmosphere. Love the lounge area behind the dining room - lots of TVs showing different games! The stuffed soft shell crab in February was a fab treat! Great service by Ericka.
I had a nice time with my wife and Lil sis food was good service was good
