I have been a patient since February 13th. The staff, and nurses, cna's and the director all have been great helping me heal. I was treated like a queen. They brought me breakfast, lunch and dinner every day. They gave me my scheduled medicine. They all have great personalities and a positive attitude. I could eat in the Cafe when I felt well enough to. I am a walking miracle the doctor said God saved me. Not him. I would recommend this nursing home with a 5 star rating. Did a bunch of ac work at this location over half a yr ago. I turned in my invoices,reports and w9 and was told id be paid 30 days after the invoice was turned in. First job was about 6 months ago my last job was about 3 months ago. Spoken to accountant,admin maintenance about it and Turned in my all invoices twice and have yet to been paid. From what i understand its all in corporate hands once they turn it in. But if i try to call the number they provided for a “KATY”,no one ever answers. I was then told she no longer work... read more
Very poor communication with family High turnover in staff. Can’t reach anyone in the accounting billing department Poor management
Horrible place and people. Do whatever you must to be able to afford to send your elders Anywhere but here. They do not care about our old people and they "find" things that do not belong to them. Please, please do not send your loved ones here. Hell, Don't send your enemies either.
I have been employed at Windsor since 2022,I see on a daily basis how the staff ,,Nurses,med aids,and Cnas as well activities,work with the residents, the Nurses aids keep the residents clean,bathed,beds made and entertained activities department are awesome with the residents,even the housekeepers stop and talk to our residents,if we see a resident upset or just need to communicate a concern to staff someone always stop and ask if everything is ok,if itz not then we will direct the concern to the proper staff members that's... read more
