My 96 year old mother was fiercely independent until one day she started failing rapidly. I needed round the clock coverage immediately. I was very impressed with how responsive Windsor Homecare was. They went out of their way to immediately work long shifts and weekends to keep my mother safe. They communicated any concerns with me, which I greatly appreciated. I highly recommend their services!!

Shaneall is a great care provider. My mom would not listen to me but Shaneall was able to make my mom comply with her care. Shaneall has a huge heart. She and her son feel like family to me and she is always asking what she can do to make my mom and my life better. I'm so glad we crossed paths and she came into my life. She is a woman with many talents and a go getter. She is beautiful inside and out. She is very flexible to make things happen. I highly recommend her if you need care for your loved ones.

Windsor Homecare has been working with my elderly parents for the past four months. Shaneall and her team have been there at every step of the way. Shaneall is professional, friendly, a great problem solver, and genuinely enjoys getting to know them. She is insightful about medical issues. I am very lucky she has been able to accommodate my parents care needs at a moment’s notice.
