The address was intirely unclear and misleading. We arrived and needed a specific address which was never given to us on the paper. Finally after 30 minutes we find an email that gives us the address so we tell the gate guard this address and he responds and tells us that that is not even an address is this community. So then later on we proceed to look up this false address and it is in a whole other resort 20 minutes away. This company was a huge waste of my time and vacation and I do not recommend it.
Horrible do not book here they declined my reservation but still charged my card $475 and now won't answer the phone!! Total scam!!
You can never get ahold of this company when you call. Terrible customer service! The ONLY phone number for FunQuest ALWAYS goes straight to voicemail.
