These are advertised as “premium” everything. Wind blows thru the windows so badly and the street noise is horrible. The appliances are made of plastic and are garbage. The door to apt s doesn’t fit frame so wind from hallways blows in and noise is atrocious. Owners lie and say nobody has complained but community says everyone is complaining. One elevator for entire bldg so moving in and out is ridiculous. Worst apts in the city of Omaha
