As an outside service member, I have spent much time caring for residents at Windsor Heights. The care that is provided by their staff is unmatched! From management, to nursing care, dietary, and activities departments, I find Windsor Heights to be very well ran. My husband was there for three weeks and a respite situation. Friends visited him. The feedback I got from them and from him was good with one exception. He was in a lobby area when they wheeled out a gurney with a body on it. He emailed me immediately about it, and when other people asked to what it was like later, he responded that it is a place where people go to die.
