Hmm what can I say!! Good thing its reasonable in price.. bad thing they are very very happy with handing out citations and extra charges. They check in your water usage every few months eventhough your water bill has been the same which is super annoying. The won't do anything when your neighbors smoke in the halls when you as another tenant has lung issues.
One of the apartment complex is haunted. Please be advised. 0 stars for sure.
I wish I could give 0 star if possible. Very rude management, would talk to you with attitude when you bring up about something. They always want to charge you for everything, even if it their responsibility to take care of it. Dirty window in the hall full of spiders web. Bad washing machine and dryer which they charge you for. Everyone in the unit complain about cockroaches and they charge us for every single treatment. If it was possible I would rate this place a zero I believe they are racist to Hispanic people as well I was willing to renew the lease but was told that we have to move out without a reason
Will come after you for false charges after 3+ years of not living there
