I went to the Essex site for an appointment this morning, and the receptionist/tech was absolutely wonderful, very friendly and welcoming. I did not have to wait long and I was brought in promptly to have my tests performed. My experience overall was excellent, quick, efficient and friendly service. Able to be on my day and get to work without feeling inconvenienced. The girl made me feel so comfortable while I had to be slightly exposed. Very professional. Thank you! Will definitely be referring people here!
