This is regarding servicing my Haval H6. When I called to book, I was placed on hold aftering being told there was a 3 week wait for a service, then eventually hung up on. This happened twice. Yes they confirmed my mobile but felt it wasn't important to call me back. I eventually called the sales department and they booked me for 1 week later (for a different model, because my H6 wasn't even an option in the system..) Charging overprice on capped price service- Had a bad experience with today morning while putting car on service for 40,000 kms at wimdsor auto group, asked me to pay $470 while my car having capped price service at $400. Charging me $70 extra . While asking for extra staff said its keep changing time to time.
