This place is not very welcoming to be an annual rental only. This an HOA some members get petty, like having a water bowl outside, not aloud to park your 25 mile an hour scooter at or around your steps,you only own the door you walk into, they make votes and do not send them to all HOA members,condo has 3 phases and one is not aloud to mesh with the other, and most of the stairs need replacement! The plants scratch your car as you drive down the road, and there ponds shoot green and brown slush
