Lovely apartments with great management! Sarah has been so kind & helpful with my move in process, and in answering any questions i may have! The location is great with lots of places in walking distance. Definitely in the top five of places i have lived!

I’ve enjoyed my apartment inside the old school house at Windsor Flats. Maintenance, high ceilings, and in unit laundry can’t be beat. Location and staff are great.
It literally smells like MARIJUANA through the entire building. Units and all. I have complained on several occasions and no one is urgently fixing the problem… or even wants too. I WILL PAY YOU NOT TO MOVE HERE.
