To date, communications with Family Dentistry has been good. Appointment time is respected, and the work done has been good. Very clean and comfortable office, with convenient parking. Glad I made the change.

I recently had my hip replaced shortly after visiting Dr. Lipman. To my astonishment and delight, Jennifer who does appointments, sent me a 'Get Well' card hand decorated with beautiful flowers on the card and envelope!! Of course I'm very happy with Dr. Lipman's service and personality. How many people have a 'singing dentist'?
I really appreciate how the entire staff goes above and beyond to make sure you receive the best possible service. They are all so friendly and it makes going to the dentist a 'good' experience.

Not as foolish as it sounds! Today, I experienced the latest in on-site services: Dr. Lipman made a crown for me while I lounged in the chair! No more molds, sending to the lab, waiting, waiting, fitting, and hoping the lab did their job properly. I went in with a temporary and, a little over an hour later, I left with a perfect-fitting permanent crown and could go next door for lunch and put it to use immediately! After years of neglecting my teeth due to a combination of financial and medical issues, my best friend referred me to Dr. Lipman at Family Dentistry in Windsor. Dr. Lipman gave me a thorough exam and treatment plan abs was sensitive to my severe "dentist phobia. After Karen let my 17 mos old grandson see his Mom having her teeth cleaned, we went into the waiting room until her cleaning was done. Nancy spied my active little grandson and brought out a little toothbrush for him....then a coloring book and crayons. In addition to the Lego table and books, Family Dentistry encourages little ones to be Fear-free of dental visits and makes every effort to make the experience pleasant. Thank you.
