Valerie very nice and efficient. There were still many things I didn't know about... That you need a standard jack phone to work intercom security. Too many people walking in without a key or using intercom. Have to throw big garbage and recycle out yourself in parking lot when they have a cardboard room. Two young guys approached me in the dark while throwing out recycle. The recycle room inside the building should always be accessible, this is a seniors building! The apartment at 2455 Rivard is disgusting, noone cleans any part of this building, repairs take forever. This was a really nice building until 3 years ago when new management took over, they should be ashamed to allow seniors to be treated this way
