There are 2 people I would like to complain about. First is Pat Whitney. She has a horrible track record of being racism towards any ethnic group. All you have to do is look at the reviews. Plus their are rumours going around she has been stealing money from tenants. Especially the ones who barely speaks english. She takes advantage of those who are new and dont want any problems.
