The apartment at 2455 Rivard is disgusting, noone cleans any part of this building, repairs take forever. This was a really nice building until 3 years ago when new management took over, they should be ashamed to allow seniors to be treated this way
I would not recommend moving in any of the properties from wechc I had a horrible experience renting from them not a good environment for raising a family because of all the crime. The individuals they rent to are trouble makers & it does not matter if you mind your business, the bad will always find a way to ruin it. I was extremly bullied by another tenant for no reason housing was not supportive the more I reached out for help the more I was ignored by housing or was sent letter for rent increase the corporation they cate... read more
