This is by far the most stressful and unprofessional experience I have ever had with a medical provider. I visited Windsor Dental on June 9, 2020, and as of April 21, 2021, I am still receiving a statement with imposed late fees after I have provided, multiple times, the referral from my primary dentist so that my insurance could be billed. Dr. Frank Manno is a TERRIFIC dentist! I had an old crown shaved down and replaced with no pain, and hardly any discomfort in 2 quick appointments. I recall having crowns done (about 3-4) at my previous dentist and there was so much drama - fitting and refitting / biting down over 30 times / and endless (smelly) drilling. In addition, Dr. Manno was very thorough making sure the root canal underneath the crown was 100% perfect before he proceeded with the crown. I was a patient of Windsor Dental for at least ten years . Today, September 14, 2017, I called to cancel a cleaning appointment. I canceled the morning of an afternoon appointment. I was unable to give them twenty four hours notice as my cat has a medical emergency. They told me they will have to charge me $100 for a cancellation fee because I had did not given them 24 hour notice.
