I had a wonderful experience at Windsor Crossing where I am a resident Turquoise made the leasing portion an ease and I’m in love with my apartment. It’s very spacious and the area is nice and quiet like I love it! Turquoise is a very pleasant person very likable and easy to communicate with. I would recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a quiet safe area with nice apartments!
This place is a complete scam. They took $250 from me—$50 for the application fee and $200 as a deposit—and I regret even applying. Their scheduling was disorganized, but I gave them a chance after speaking with Turquoise, who encouraged me to apply despite knowing my situation. I was later denied the apartment due to a non-violent misdemeanor from 10 years ago, according to Jessica. They claimed I would get my $200 deposit back, but I never did. I seriously encourage you to have an inspector with you before signing anything here! They'll show homes that need some work and promise they'll have it fixed before move-in. Just to lie about and have you suffer just like everyone else in this community! Nora never came out to meet up at the place we moved to. No she just stayed at the office and had maintenance show us the place. For a good reason too because it was unacceptable! We're paying for it not now literally! Place is trash as well as the management Nora & Blue or whatever the dumb name is! Never answer the phone and was easy to take my deposit but once I realized the place is trash I've seen and lived n betterthen I decided not to go thru with the process! Was supposed to be refunded my holding fee and all now I have not! Was hung up on as well as disrespected! Nora is very unprofessional!!!!!!! Application process is a scam. The company they use to run a background, eviction and credit check is inaccurate and they don’t care. Provided proof of inaccuracies and Nora and her boss did not care. Do not waste your time here! They also manage the Arbors in Bloomfield.
