I apply for a 3 bedrooms apartment and I got lie to about the price of the 3 bedroom unit the property manager told me one price and I got all the way to the end just to not get it because you put a different price on my voucher so I wouldn't get the apartment and I felt very blindsided and now I have to mouths to find somewhere else to live in short amount of time very disappointed in the property manager
I had a tour of the complex and absolutely loved it. The staff showing me around was so in detail with explaining everything to me.
I absolutely love my apartment at Windsor Crossing. It is a quiet environment, and the property team is amazing! Turquoise made the moving process so smooth for us. The communication with her was amazing, she made sure everything was ready before move in. She exceeded my expectations. I absolutely recommend Windsor Crossing for your future home. Ask for Turquoise! She gets the work done!!!
I had a wonderful experience at Windsor Crossing where I am a resident Turquoise made the leasing portion an ease and I’m in love with my apartment. It’s very spacious and the area is nice and quiet like I love it! Turquoise is a very pleasant person very likable and easy to communicate with. I would recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a quiet safe area with nice apartments!
