I have recently become a future resident. Although I haven’t moved in yet (my unit is Being renovated) I have to say the application process was super easy if you listen to what needs to be done. And Liz the property manager is amazing! She made things so easy and smooth for me. She is great on communication and answers back super quick with any questions! I can’t wait to move in and continue This review.

I been calling this place and they don't answer there phone and also leave a message and don't call back. My sister did a application and gave $200.00 they don't call back when she leaves a message .and nobody in the office

This picture is the essence of Windsor Cresant. When there is management, which there hasn’t been for at least two years, it is a revolving door. Maintenance request go unfulfilled. The neighborhood is absolutely filthy, garbage, and dog feces everywhere. The homes themselves are nice and spacious. Just pray your Appliances don’t breakdown because no one’s going to fix them within a few months to a year.
