This picture is the essence of Windsor Cresant. When there is management, which there hasn’t been for at least two years, it is a revolving door. Maintenance request go unfulfilled. The neighborhood is absolutely filthy, garbage, and dog feces everywhere. The homes themselves are nice and spacious. Just pray your Appliances don’t breakdown because no one’s going to fix them within a few months to a year.

I just moved recently, the place is really clean and is located in a perfect area, I can not complain about the location and the neighborhood. I suggest you if you are in desperate need to having a place the administration management is terrible, they don't care about you, so you may start your process and wait for a year, the price is decent, the lady from the office at Jackson Elizabeth is the best, so kind and patient, always attending phone calls and giving you hope for you to don't give up because the wait was terrible,... read more

My cousin lives there, while the apartments are decent and it’s an income based rental development, everything else about the place is kinda lacking to be honest. Need something fixed, be prepared to wait forever to never get it fixed. You’re told there are no on site maintenance men even when there is. Garbage and leaves just blow all over the place and guess what.
