I have lived here for 7 years and it is one of the best profitable places to live, a quiet and safe place.
Like all landlords they will try and get you when you move out. During the move out inspection they said "everything looks good nothing needs to be replaced." Two weeks later we receive a large charge for a window repair. They accuse us of the window being sealed shut and that it's two weeks later I have no way to refute this. Then they just try to force you to pay it.
