I lived there for about 6 months and had the most awful time with the property manager. She is extremely rude and will harass you for the littlest things ever. the building is slanted and causes cracks on the walls, no noise reduction, you hear EVERYTHING! and the landlord will call you very early in the morning and harass you over the phone numerous times for the littlest noise you made in a decent time of day. If I were you, I would look somewhere else to stay.
I just moved in 2 months ago. The complex is under new Management. There is a new property manager and maintenance man. They were both friendly and helpful. My apartment was beautiful when I moved in. I don't know who was running the place before, but this team is wonderful.
this place looks so ghetto and they require a minimum yearly income of $38,000! It is in such a nice area but I would never live here! Plus the lady who shows the apartments, Robin, is extremely rude! Also, the water never gets hot, I have heard from many previous tennants. STAY AWAY FROM THIS GARBAGE DUMP!
