I have quite a few friends that live out there.The place would be a nice place to live once they get the crazy lady out of there, she should have been kicked out months ago. She cray cray.
Windsor court apartments 1 is no place to raise a family. They don't take tenants complaints seriously and they don't go by the rules and regulations. I would love for my kids and family to stop getting harass by the lady daughter that stays under me. I recommend that no one move into 106 B(after I move) because the people that stay under you have no respect for others and they also tell lies.
