Exhausted. That is the word that best describes my experience living here. Since moving in, one of the most persistent issues involved the metal doors at the trash enclosure. During windy nights, the doors would repeatedly slam, creating loud noise late into the evening and often into the early morning. There were multiple nights when I personally had to go outside—even during rainy weather—to close or physically hold the doors just to reduce the noise and try to sleep. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. (would give zero if I could) I'm a current resident and management here is genuinely predatory. There is a parking spot right in front of the building — nothing on it says "don't park here," no signage explaining the rules, no welcome packet mentioning it, no email, no text, no flyer slipped under my door. Apparently you're supposed to register your car on some random app that they never told me about. No warning notice on my windshield, no courtesy knock, nothing. They just had my car TOWED.
