The apartment has a nice neighborhood. However: 1. The gym was closed last year without notice. When I asked about the reopen date, they first mentioned December, then pushed it to February, then pushed again to April. I doubt that it can reopen on time in April. 2. The community washer & dryer near building 10 have been broken for months. I have requested repair twice but there is still 3 out of 4 dryers broken. 3. Some members in the maintenance team are super rude. I declined pre-moveout room inspection but they still ask... read more
