Moved into this apartment community last month. They’ve now introduced a $3 fee for guest parking—charged every single time a guest visits, even for just an hour. It’s completely unreasonable. Not to mention the hassle and time wasted in purchasing a permit each time.
Great leasing tour by Alicia and addressed all our concerns and followed up multiple times, it was a great experience!
Alicia took us on a tour around the property and was able to explain very clearly the answers to the questions that we had.
Was given a tour by leasing agent Emily. She was diligent, fantastic to work with, and answered all my questions in a timely manner over multiple days. Based on this experience and what I saw - I would highly recommend checking out Mission Pointe!
