Don’t believe the BS 5 star reviews. Just another money hungry company that has zero heart and doesn’t care about their tenants. They squeeze every penny out of you. Don’t buy in to the ‘promo’ they give you, once it’s done they gouge you and raise your rent over the yearly allowed. They’ve made it extremely difficult for us to move out even after 5 years of loyal tenancy. Be cautious.
Emily was absolutely amazing to work with throughout the entire leasing process. She was super friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, and incredibly efficient. She answered all of my questions so quickly and made what could have been a really stressful experience feel smooth and manageable. Finding and securing my dream apartment in the West End for my dog Lucy and me meant so much, and I truly don’t think I could have done it without Emily’s help. Update: It has been a great pleasure living here. It’s unfortunate that during our time, the building next to us, there was ongoing construction, which caused noise. Overall, the neighbours were great, and the appliances were good as well.
