Emily Horacek was such a pleasure to work with. She was kind, helpful, and always took the time to explain things clearly. I really appreciated how approachable and responsive she was throughout the whole process.
Update: while the experience has been good overall, I'm disappointed with their approach to security. We had a break-in in the lockers and I don't feel any steps were taken before or after to increase security. I was also not notified of what happened and only found out as I went there and found my stuff scattered on the floor. I asked around and neighbors knew about it, but I didn't. Very upsetting.
I had a great experience working with Emily, our lease agent—she has been incredibly responsive, supportive, caring, and communicative throughout the leasing process. She truly made the moving experience smoother and less stressful. The apartment’s location in the West End is amazing—steps away from Denman Street, which is full of great restaurants, grocery stores, cafes, and essential services. Update: They increased the rent beyond the agreed amount without any justification, citing “improvements to the lift”—which I have yet to see. Meanwhile, rental prices in Vancouver have been dropping significantly, yet they continue to raise the rent arbitrarily, seemingly just because they can. Meanwhile the noise still and they don’t give any care about. I should bill them for this noise. Well, things have changed. Initially, I wrote a good review, but now I’d give 0 stars if I could.
