I am very disappointed with my experience living here. The level of service and attention is unacceptable. Residents are charged for everything, yet the property is not properly maintained—there is garbage and dog waste all over the place. The general manager’s performance has been very poor, and maintenance requests are not handled in a timely or effective manner. I am truly tired and concerned about a situation that constantly recurs in the green spaces of our community. Going for a walk with my two-year-old baby—which should be a pleasant experience—has turned into something uncomfortable and unpleasant. Instead of finding a clean space where he can play peacefully, what we encounter on the ground is dog waste. Luanne was so nice, professional, knowledgeable, patient. I really hope a two bedroom grand yard comes available so I can ref from Windsor Lakeyard. I will enjoy touring again with Luanne. The community is really great and the amenities are top notch.
