Unprofessional behavior by the front desk staff. In the healthcare system making mistakes and not apologizing for it, but responding back in a slang offend.
Do not come here. I have already contacted the CPSO to make a complaint the receptionist gate keep the doctors and they do not let you book your yearly appointments with the doctor. I’ve called three times to let them know that I’m having symptoms and they keep saying they’ll call me back and never do. The doctor was wonderful, but unfortunately, the receptionist will tell you that all your tests are normal and you don’t need to see them when in fact you do when in fact, my test were abnormal and they all lied to me. Great Doctors including Dr Farage. Wait time is minimum.
For people that deal with some of the most serious health issues they don't take it very seriously. I've had to call twice so far to try to get them to send the cholesterol meds they were supposed to send out to me and still nothing.
First time here. I found that the staff are very down to earth. Very thorough Thanks thanks everyone for making my visit an enjoyable visit
