The gentleman was nice enough, accommodating to when I needed to pick up the flowers. However, I am less than impressed with the quality and size of what I paid for. This was supposed to be a Deluxe arrangement, but it is severely lacking in flowers, and some of the flowers are clearly not fresh. He said some flowers were unavailable and I agreed that sunflowers could be used in lieu, but I did not expect this.
