Amazing experience, great customer service and very accommodating!
If I could give negative stars, I would do it. Don't ruin a birthday, holiday, mother's day or any day ordering from here. Don't think I'd even want this if I was blind. Firstly, the flowers are so unprofessionally made, the picture is being generous for the arrangement. It looks nothing like how it does in the picture and there was no communication for substitutions, or changing the arrangement. The gentleman was nice enough, accommodating to when I needed to pick up the flowers. However, I am less than impressed with the quality and size of what I paid for. This was supposed to be a Deluxe arrangement, but it is severely lacking in flowers, and some of the flowers are clearly not fresh. He said some flowers were unavailable and I agreed that sunflowers could be used in lieu, but I did not expect this.
