The flower arrangement they delivered was not fresh. I could tell from the moment I saw them that the roses were already wilting. They also cut the stems very short on the flowers and stuffed them into a green foam which took away from the look of the bouquet. They also did not bother to properly remove the tags from the vase. Windsor Blooms worked with me for two bouquets and a wreath for my Mothers funeral. We wanted flowers that my Father would buy my Mother, specific type of roses. However, it is off season for specific roses - yikes....but Windsor Blooms FOUND the exact roses we wanted after shopping around and created an incredible wreath and two gorgeous bouquets.
