This building is awful. The elevators are often broken or reserved due to high turnover. If you live on an upper floor, plan for a long wait or a long climb up and down to your car. The new management just confiscated my security deposit (after I had the unit professionally cleaned three times just before departure). Like most new construction, the fixtures are cheap and break easily. The staff retained from prior management is actually very good. They (and you) deserve better.

RecommendedI’ve lived here for four years and even though the building has had three different owners, I have been very pleased with my experience. The staff has been exceptionally responsive, and Trevor, the lead concierge, has been most helpful as I have navigated a disability. Management has handled pandemic issues in an excellent manner.

I live in this building and feel unsafe as residents are not required to wear masks in common areas and management does not enforce mask policies. I would not suggest this building if you are looking for a safe environment for yourself or your family.
Up until the recent change in management, this was an AMAZING place to live. It is a beautiful building with great amenities. But the people who run the building are an important part of what makes a building community great. Trevor and Lou are the only people still with us after the change, and are the only people working here who truly care, or even come close to caring about the residents. Great Apartment Building.
I've lived here since August 2016 and it has been awesome. I love the building and the location. The management is wonderful and extremely helpful. Also, big thanks to Trevor Workman, Denice Jones, Azeb Tamrat, Lucho Innis, Yeabsera Tadesse, and all the wonderful staff.
