Maintenance are the only ones that do their job. These apartments are not worth 2000 a month they are small and water bill every month is over 400. They include Minol in rent so expect to pay about 500 extra a month for rent. Office staff is horrible they are plastic don't expect any help after you move in. They don't tell tenants anything so be ready to fend for yourself when it comes to trying to find your mail, packages or keys. great place to live. it's a little on the pricey side that was the reason I moved, but i really loved my apartment
The apts are very nice and lots of room, but very pricy, liked living there but rent went up so much we couldnt afford the apt.

The application is still pending things are looking a little better hopefully things work out the staff is great the grounds are nice very secured place hope all goes well with the move in for my mom.
