I’ve been here about 8 months and couldn’t be happier. The location is close to Boston, public transportation, Porter and Davis Squares and the beautiful, Somerville Community Path. The wonderful staff is professional, helpful and friendly. The one downside for me is at age 73 I would love for this to be my last residence but the cost and rent increases make that appear to be unlikely.
My family lived at Maxwell's Green for six months while our home was being renovated. Living here was such an enjoyable experience I was almost sad to leave when it was time to move back into our home! The location can't be beat - community path, green line, etc. The amenities are great. And the staff & management at the property are pros, always there when you needed them, always willing to go the extra mile. Living here felt like being on vacation! Can't say enough good things about the experience.
I lived in Windsor Maxwells Green for three years, and the community and dogs have become part of my core memory. Kristina K helped me sign my first lease, and since then it has been an absolute joy to spend time here. The clubhouse, gym, prompt package delivery and pickup (via email and text), the dog park, and efficient and reliable maintenance service are perks that makes me recommend the property to all tenants. Soulless yuppie apartments full of poorly maintained and fraying particle board fixtures, ubiquitous nickel and diming, and algorithmic price and term setting to maximize profits at your expense. These guys are the very face of the problem with modern housing. We viewed about thirty apartments for this September cycle, and Maxwell's green was among the easiest nopes.
