Friendly staff, well kept community, and convenient location . My tour guide Nate was awesome!
I've lived at Maxwell's Green for almost four years, and I have enjoyed living near public transportation, the Somerville community path, Union and Davis Square. My apartment is spacious with plenty of closet room and laundry facilities. Management and Maintenance are friendly and responsive. Most of all, I feel safe here!
I’ve been here about 8 months and couldn’t be happier. The location is close to Boston, public transportation, Porter and Davis Squares and the beautiful, Somerville Community Path. The wonderful staff is professional, helpful and friendly. The one downside for me is at age 73 I would love for this to be my last residence but the cost and rent increases make that appear to be unlikely.
