Do not live here the office staff is not able to help. The maintenance is not very good. The neighborhood has gone downhill. To make it perfect they will invent a huge water bill when you leave to steal your security deposit.
Great place to live. Nice floor plan. The trash valet service is fantastic and so convenient. Friendly and helpful staff. Maintenance is always prompt - pretty much next day or sometimes same day if it's something simple. Mike Bowles on the Maintenance team is the best! He's always professional, friendly, efficient and really nice!
I've been living here for the past year and loving it. The best team ever and with induction of Mike it has inhanced the capability. Mike is one of the best Tech that I have ever come across. He is bery helpful and always found with a smile on his face. He has always responded well in time and has always been helpful. We really love being here. Thank you.
I'm a resident here and one of the maintenance techs, Mike Bowles just did a very good job of fixing a minor issue we had with our fridge.
