Do not rent here at all! The fire alarm willrandomly go off in the middle of the night and stay on for 20-30 minutes at a time. I’m telling you this is not worth it at all!
Trying to figure out why this faulty alarm keep going off now. It’s at 4:30 in the morning. You can’t get a piece of mind from Bigfoot over top of me to the fire alarm also sent an email about transferring weeks ago and have not received a reply from the Property Manager this place is a joke.I cannot wait till my lease is up just so I can have a piece of mind cause this is not it. Do not move here. The management does not help with anything. Cameras are broken and there are multiple instances of stealing packages with no efforts made to mitigate. I’ve had over $400 dollars worth of stuff stolen from this place. Please do not move here save your money and live somewhere where they care and you’ll be safe.
I have lived here since 2023, and the complex is in decline. Repairs take an eternity! My dryer has been broken for almost 2 weeks, and no one has come by to repair it or even take a look at what might be wrong. I have put in a maintenance request, contacted them by email (with no response), and visited the office in person to ask several times. This has been the same experience with all my recent maintenance requests. The garage gate is almost always broken. I have never lived anywhere where the fire alarms go off so often.... read more
