Broken heat, Mold and water damage. They don’t care about the public health and safety of their residents. The management in the leasing office is unfriendly, unorganized, and mean. Lisa the regional office manager was the meanest of all. She yelled at me for asking the mold and water damage to be repaired in my apartment. She told me to leave her office because she was in a meeting. I have asthma and a child lives in my residence. When we first moved here we had to deal with fire alarms going off almost daily. Thank goodness they finally found the reason for the incessant alarm going off. It’s hard getting a hold is someone you need from the leasing office. They need to get better at telling you the correct people to get a hold of. I am getting the runaround right now in trying to find someone who can talk me through why they are charging so high of a lease renewal. Which brings me to my last point.
