Lived there for a few years. Recently moved out. Loved it there. Great place, great area, and really lovely staff in the front. Maintenance staff was also very friendly and responded to requests quickly.
It is a disgrace that the American flag is flown lower than the California and Windsor Properties flag. It is a disgrace that the American flag is not at half staff in honor of Charlie Kirk, who was an American patriot and murdered earlier this week. Even the president of the United States ordered that all flags be flown at half staff in memoriam. Let's not even get me started on how this is not really a gated community. There is nothing luxurious about Windsor Aviara. The apartments are old and could stand to be refurbished, yet still cost a lot for only a small space. Hallway carpet smells like dirty feet. Appliances are cheap. Management is unreliable. Additionally, if you enjoy peace and quiet you’ll want to avoid this complex. The residents lack courtesy and slam doors all day long, so if you work from home and decided to live here, be prepared for disruptions. Great place
My experience so far has been very pleasant. Just moved in last week. The apartment amenities are good quality and the space is very clean. My unit comes with a very large garage as well. Very happy with the service I’ve received as well.
