I am extremely disappointed with the management at Windsor Aviara. The staff is consistently unresponsive; they rarely answer the phone and emails go ignored for weeks. It is nearly impossible to reach anyone in the office, and there seems to be a lack of accountability with staff often working remotely with no reliable way to contact them. Avoid units on the first floor. The walls and ceiling are paper thin, and I hear every movement my upstairs neighbor makes (including their bathroom breaks). The worst part about my unit is the fact that the neighbor's water pipes are in the walls of the bedroom. Whenever they use hot water in their bathroom, the pipes make LOUD banging noises for hours. The noise is so bad that I have to wear earplugs to sleep. Last night I curled into a ball and cried because the banging pipes refused to let me rest.
