However, the situation worsens, residents are prohibited from putting up any elements that could enhance privacy, preventing the person across the way from peering into your apartment. Consequently, residents are compelled to keep their curtains closed throughout their lease term solely for privacy reasons. The noise levels are incredibly disruptive. “I had a very pleasant experience at Windsor Manor Houston Apartments, especially services provided by Denice. She was very understanding, helpful and gave excellent customer service.
Lived there for a few years. Recently moved out. Loved it there. Great place, great area, and really lovely staff in the front. Maintenance staff was also very friendly and responded to requests quickly.
It is a disgrace that the American flag is flown lower than the California and Windsor Properties flag. It is a disgrace that the American flag is not at half staff in honor of Charlie Kirk, who was an American patriot and murdered earlier this week. Even the president of the United States ordered that all flags be flown at half staff in memoriam. Let's not even get me started on how this is not really a gated community.
